Dave Eastburn, and Sandy Trevor are former Compuserve exectutives that use their collection of old hardware and software to help invalidate patent claims against clients facing infringement charges. The name of the company is Nuvocom Inc., and it sounds like they have done some good work defending smaller companies from Pan IP and their early attempts to beat smaller companies into submission with their patent portfolio.
