Still No Bilski Decision from SCOTUS

The Court issue 3 more opinions today; none of them were Bilski.  In an interesting move however, the Court formally announced that more opinions will be issued this Thursday, which is not a regularly scheduled session of the Court.  Stay tuned . . .

We really need to get some folks outside of One First Street for the next couple of weeks with "Free Bilski" signs, picketting.

the additional session to release opinions is a common occurrence at the end of the term. There were 2 more scheduled days for opinions to be announced and 21 csases still to be decided. I'd expect the court to add at least 1 or 2 more sessiond to announce decisions before June 30.
